A meeting between the virtual assistant and the client with the goal of going over duties, obligations, and future partnership expectations.

SERVICE ENDORSEMENT 

The process of assigning tasks and being familiarized with procedures to the assigned virtual assistant in order to facilitate a seamless workflow integration.

START DATE

The day when the client and the virtual assistant officially begin working together following task, deadline, and project confirmation.
