All Company service agreements operate on a 12-month renewable term.

A. Term & Renewal

All agreements are 12-month contracts
Contracts automatically renew unless properly canceled
A minimum of 30 days written notice is required prior to renewal or termination to allow staff reallocation and transition

B. Refund Policy (Early Termination)

If a refund is approved at the Company’s discretion:

Refunds are calculated as 50% of the unused portion of the 12-month term
Refunds are calculated to the nearest full remaining month
No refunds are issued for partial months already commenced
Setup fees, onboarding costs, and services already rendered are non-refundable

Examples:

Cancellation at 2.5 months
Remaining term = 9 months
Refund = 50% of 9 months
Cancellation at 8.2 months
Remaining term = 4 months
Refund = 50% of 4 months
Cancellation at 11 months
Remaining term = 1 month
Refund = 50% of 1 month

Refunds are processed within a reasonable timeframe once approved.

16. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute shall be resolved pursuant to the dispute resolution provisions contained in the Company’s Client Services Agreement, which are incorporated by reference where applicable.
